In vitro study | MHY1485 inhibits basal cell autophagic flux. MHY1485 can cause the aggregation of LC3II and the expansion of autophagosome, and its effect is dose-and time-dependent. MHY1485 can increase the level of phosphorylated mTOR and the phosphorylation of downstream S6K1 and rpS6 proteins, but does not affect the total amount of mTOR and the levels of total S6K1 and rpS6. Xenotransplantation of ovaries after short-term treatment with MHY1485 promotes secondary hair follicle growth. Transplantation after MHY1485 treatment can promote the production of mature oocytes and produce healthy offspring. |
